
I led the development of the company’s visual brand identity, creating a cohesive and impactful look across digital platforms, print materials, and live events. Within my first year, I independently designed and launched the company website from concept to execution, significantly strengthening brand visibility and improving user engagement. This work established a consistent visual language that supported both marketing and product goals.
To scale and streamline design efforts, I implemented Figma as a collaborative design system, aligning designers and developers and improving workflow efficiency and consistency across software execution. I also directed creative production for company events and awards, overseeing visual design and video content end to end. Alongside hands-on design leadership, I managed and mentored a graphic designer, guiding creative direction, skill development, and workload planning to support both team growth and high-quality output.
