EB Live 2025 was a key opportunity for Perkbox to present its refreshed brand in a physical, high-impact environment. The event stand needed to clearly communicate Perkbox’s value proposition, support PR and sales conversations, and create meaningful engagement with attendees, all while working within a defined floor space and budget.
I led the design and delivery of the event stand experience, working closely with the PR team and external suppliers to ensure the final execution was cohesive, on-brand, and practical for a busy live event.

The project began with initial conversations with the PR team to understand:
Event goals and audience
Key messages to communicate at EB Live
Floor space constraints and opportunities
From this, I defined the stand’s core needs, including clear messaging zones, storage for large quantities of brochures, and areas suitable for interaction.
I recommended several stand builders and worked alongside the PR team to select the best partner based on cost, quality, and experience.

Leading early planning discussions with the PR team around messaging, floor plan, and objectives
Defining spatial, messaging, and functional requirements for the stand
Recommending and helping select external stand builders within budget
Designing the stand’s visual identity, layout, and all supporting collateral
Managing artwork production and print specifications
Acting as final proof and decision-maker prior to print
I created a simple but clear mock-up to visualise the stand layout and functional requirements. This included:
Stand structure and layout
Placement of messaging and branding
Storage solutions for brochures and leaflets
Space allocation for activations and conversations
I led the brand look and feel of the stand, ensuring it aligned with the refreshed Perkbox identity. Feedback rounds were incorporated to refine the design while maintaining a clear creative direction.
I also designed a fully branded floor graphic for the stand, which was printed as part of the final production. This helped ground the space visually and reinforce the brand experience from every angle.

To increase engagement and dwell time, I worked with the PR team to plan suitable activations and points of interest. Together, we identified an interactive quiz as the best fit for the event audience and messaging.
I designed the activation experience and supporting visuals, creating an online interactive quiz that could be accessed via a touchscreen TV on the stand. This provided a clear, engaging way for visitors to interact with the brand while supporting the wider campaign messaging.

The business had jsut annouced a refresh brand and this was the first public appearance for Perkbox. It needed to be bold and eye catching as the business wanted to showcase it's new look.
Our ad agency has just finished a new campaign set up for Perkonomics and so the business decided 2 weeks before the show to add it to the messaging of the stand. This was very last minute as print artwork had already gone to supplier but we make it happen!
Deadlines kept getting shorter and more collateral kept being added. From new panel designs, to the quiz content being changed and last minute requests for extra posters and exhibition requests such as floor panels. Managing workloads and timelines was key as BAU was still on going.
I prepared all artwork for print, ensuring correct formats, specifications, and finishes across every asset, including stand panels, floor graphics, and printed collateral.
I reviewed proof prints and acted as the final decision-maker before sign-off.
The stand was pre-built ahead of the event, allowing us to check quality, layout, and finishes prior to EB Live and resolve any issues in advance.

The final stand was well received, with the refreshed Perkbox brand making a strong impression at EB Live 2025. The space successfully supported conversations, engagement, and content distribution, while clearly communicating the new brand direction.
The newly launched Perkonomics brochure played a key role in reinforcing the event messaging, and the interactive quiz provided an engaging focal point that encouraged visitor interaction.
